Jenna Parsons, MSN, RN, CNL, Office Manager
Jenna was born and raised in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. She attended the University of Vermont and obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing. Jenna started her career in an acute care hospital setting where she worked for twelve years before completing her master’s degree as a Clinical Nurse Leader. She quickly realized that chronic diseases were on the rise, and patients were becoming sicker. After experiencing her own health issues, Jenna discovered that it is not always necessary to treat every condition with medication. She realized that identifying the root-causes of illness is the best way to promote true healing.
In addition to her experience working in the hospital setting, Jenna has also had the privilege of working as a school nurse, and in the home health care setting. Throughout all her past work experiences, it became obvious to her that it takes a holistic approach to make a positive impact on health.
Jenna is beyond excited to join the grassroots team on a mission to take a functional approach to provide preventative healthcare. She is a lifelong learner and is looking forward to furthering her education and becoming a family nurse practitioner.
Jenna lives in central Vermont with my husband and two children. She is a lover of all things outdoors. In her free time, you will find her with her family running, hiking, camping, and fishing.
