ERINN RICHARDSON

Erinn is our resident Canadian, having moved from Nova Scotia to New Hampshire 14 years ago with her young family. She graduated from Dalhousie University with a degree in Business and Marketing Management and spent much of her career in the nonprofit sector before joining GrassRoots Functional Medicine. Erinn has always been passionate about the power of nutrition, balance, and lifestyle in supporting vibrant health. A lifelong learner, she continues to deepen her knowledge of functional medicine and applies those principles in her own life while also supporting friends and family along the way. She believes that when we prioritize our well-being, we’re better equipped to care for others — a philosophy that guides how she shows up each day. In her role as Office Manager, Erinn is the go-to person for all things administrative and logistical — or simply someone to offer a warm, friendly presence. She’s dedicated to creating an environment where patients and staff feel heard, supported, and connected to something meaningful. Whether coordinating care behind the scenes or greeting someone at the front desk, her goal is to make every experience at the clinic feel smooth, personal, and uplifting. Outside the office, Erinn enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading about gut health, testing new smoothie recipes, and convincing loved ones to try yoga or take walks in nature. For her, health and joy go hand in hand. And if you hear someone around the office saying “eh?” — you’ll know it’s Erinn.
