Ingredients
- 2 oz Wild Caught Smoked Salmon
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1 NuCo Coconut wrap
- 1/3 avocado
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp Himilayan sea salt
Instructions
- Mash and spread avocado over the coconut wrap.
- Layer spinach, smoked salmon, cucumber and dill over avocado. Roll, cut in half, and enjoy!
