GrassRoots Functional Medicine provides exceptional, patient-centered care to Vermont residents through our unique hybrid-care model.

This model gives you maximum flexibility with the option of having 100% virtual visits through our telemedicine platform, or traveling to see us in person at our West Lebanon, NH clinic.

The majority of people travel to see us in person for their New Patient consult so they can meet the staff, see our facility, and complete our comprehensive lab testing in-house on the same day. If traveling to our location is not an option, we can conduct everything virtually and arrange for testing to be done closer to your residence. Either way, you are sure to have an amazing experience!

Virtual clinic (Texas, Florida, Vermont)

Your appointments will take place via our face-to-face telemedicine platform so that we can maintain the same personal connection and accountability as in-person visits without the need to travel to us.

For lab tests, we ship all functional tests straight to your home for collection and if you need any bloodwork we direct you to a local phlebotomy center that will take care of everything for you.

Our patients love that they can achieve the same excellent results from the comfort and convenience of their home or without needing to leave the office for their appointments!
