AIP Smoked Salmon Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Wild Caught Smoked Salmon
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1 NuCo Coconut wrap
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp Himilayan sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mash and spread avocado over the coconut wrap.
  2. Layer spinach, smoked salmon, cucumber and dill over avocado. Roll, cut in half, and enjoy!
