To see benefits of a cold plunge, we recommend a minimum 2-4 times a week.
HOW LONG SHOULD YOU STAY IN THE COLD PLUNGE?
Brain benefits have been shown to be reaped in as quickly as 40 seconds! You can work your way up to 10 minute sessions with a few one minute dunks under the water throughout your session.
