AIP Lemon Ginger Bowl

Ingredients

  • 8 oz coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp collagen
  • 1 Tbsp gelatin
  • 1⁄2 cup cauliflower, frozen
  • 1⁄2 cup zucchini, frozen
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1⁄4 avocado
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1⁄2 inch ginger, fresh
  • 1⁄4 lemon, with peel
  • 1Tbsp honey
  • Optional: 1⁄2 frozen banana 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Blend together all ingredients in a high speed blender for 1 minute, or until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
